Shipping time may vary based on the method selected when placing your order to cart. Most shipments are processed via UPS. Once your order is approved, it will be processed and shipped the next business day. Customer will be notified if any unforeseen delays.
Orders placed on Fridays after 5pm EST will be processed on the following Monday. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.
Payment approval is required prior to shipping, including shipping and handling charges and any applicable sales tax.

Returning an item:
Customer is responsible for shipping costs when purchased items are qualified for the refund policy. If you have received a damage item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it for a full refund. Nature’s artifacts will pay for shipping in this scenario. Any damaged items must have a return form filled before being shipped.

We dedicate ourselves fully towards customer satisfaction for your complete crystal aura experience. Nature’s Artifacts offers exchanges and returns for your concerned item within 21 days of your purchase date. Excepted items may include rare crystals that are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping of any items qualified under the refund policy.
However, if there is an issue with your purchased item, please contact us. Nature’s Artifacts customer support will attempt to rectify your matter promptly. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it for a full refund.
Nature’s Artifacts staff carefully hand packs all orders. However, unfortunate circumstances do arise where items may arrive damaged. Please contact us before shipping back any item so we can rectify the issue accordingly.

Every Customer must comply with the billing policy implemented by Nature’s Artifacts . All payments must be received by Nature’s Artifacts before any billable product or service is activated/shipped. Customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information.
Nature’s Artifacts accepts American Express, MasterCard, Discover and VISA credit/debit cards as payment methods. If an item is not paid in full or a credit card transaction hasn’t been completed, your order will be subject to a discretionary cancellation. Nature’s artifacts will not validate any orders without an authorization code of payment transaction.
Requested refunds will only be submitted once the Return Order form is received and approved by Nature; s Artifacts . Customer is responsible for any applicable outstanding charges incurred. Please refer to Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for further details. Refunds issued on purchased items may be reflected on your account balance up to 10 business days.
