Shipping Policy

Shipping time may vary based on the method selected at the time of placing order to cart. Most shipments are processed via UPS. Once the order is approved, it is processed and shipped the next business day. Customers are notified in-case of any unforeseen delays.

Orders placed on Fridays after 5pm EST are processed on the following Monday. All orders are shipped to a physical address.

Payment approval is required prior to shipping, including shipping and handling charges and any applicable sales tax.

There are 2 ways to track an order:

  1. By logging into respective account and checking for delivery status.
  2. By follow the given link for respective tracking number.

Returning an item:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when purchased items are qualified for the refund policy. If the customers receive a damaged item, they should contact us within 3 business days of receiving it for a full refund. Nature’s artifacts pays for shipping in this scenario. Any damaged items must have a return form filled before being shipped back.

Please email Shipping@natures-artifacts.com and provide your order number along with a picture of the disputed item.

Refund Policy

We dedicate ourselves fully towards absolute customer satisfaction for a complete crystal aura experience. Nature’s Artifacts offers exchanges and returns for concerned items within 21 days of purchase date. Exception items may include rare crystals that are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping of any items qualified under the refund policy.

However, if there is an issue with a purchased item, customers should inform us immediatedly. Nature’s Artifacts customer support attempts to rectify the matter promptly. If the customers receive a damaged item, they should contact us within 3 business days of receiving it for a full refund.

Nature’s Artifacts staff carefully hand packs all orders. However, unfortunate circumstances can arise where items may arrive damaged. Customers must contact us before shipping back any item so we can rectify the issue accordingly.

Billing Policy

Customers must comply with the billing policy implemented by Nature’s Artifacts. All payments must be received by Nature’s Artifacts before any billable product or service is activated/shipped. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information.

Nature’s Artifacts accepts American Express, MasterCard, Discover and VISA credit/debit cards as payment methods. If an item is not paid in full or a credit card transaction hasn’t been completed, the order is subject to a discretionary cancellation. Nature’s artifacts does not validate any orders without an authorization code of payment transaction.

Requested refunds are only submitted once the Return Order form is received and approved by Nature’ s Artifacts . Customers are responsible for any applicable outstanding charges incurred. Please refer to Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for further details. Refunds issued on purchased items may reflect on customers’ account balance in up to 10 business days.
